Tivka has been working with me to help relieve back soreness and pain. Using trigger point massage and giving me stretches to encourage recovery. Tivka is very professional and friendly, she’s very helpful and knows her stuff! I always feel relaxed and in much less pain when I leave Keshet Holistics.
