Tivka has been working with me to help relieve back soreness and pain. Using trigger point massage and giving me stretches to encourage recovery. Tivka is very professional and friendly, she’s very helpful and knows her stuff! I always feel relaxed and in much less pain when I leave Keshet Holistics. She works hard to understand issues I’m having and works with my body to find the root cause. I look forward to my next appointment! I would highly recommend:)
